General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n333 ("n333", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://n333.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the n333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the n333 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slot machine games, crash games, arcade titles, and any promotional or bonus programme operated by n333. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the n333 platform.

n333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the n333 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall take precedence.

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The n333 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. n333 takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously and employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawals.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to hold a registered account on n333:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
3. Geographic access: You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the n333 platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence. n333 makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
4. Single account: You may hold only one registered account on n333. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
5. Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by you through the n333 responsible gaming tools or by any other gambling operator or regulatory authority.
6. Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of n333 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services offered by n333 — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

During registration, you will be asked to provide the following information, among other details n333 may reasonably request:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth (to verify minimum age eligibility)
• Email address (used for account communications and password recovery)
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh (used for two-factor authentication and withdrawal verification)
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number)
• A username and a strong password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and n333 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

n333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, n333 may request that you submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; and a selfie photograph for facial verification purposes. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the n333 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). n333 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you attempt to deposit from a payment method denominated in a foreign currency, the transaction may be declined or converted at the prevailing exchange rate, at n333's discretion.

n333 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount on n333 is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status, your chosen payment method, and any applicable promotional restrictions. Deposits are typically credited to your n333 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. Withdrawals are processed by n333's finance team and are typically completed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts using local mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Withdrawal processing times for card payments may be longer, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

n333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside n333's control. You are advised to check with your payment provider for applicable fees before initiating a transaction.

All withdrawals must be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your n333 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. n333 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method and to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

Bonuses and Promotions

n333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, BPL and IPL season promotions, Pohela Boishakh bonus campaigns, Eid deposit match offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by n333:

1. Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. As a general guide, wagering requirements on n333 bonuses typically range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified.
2. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms.
3. Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from your account balance without compensation.
4. Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, your maximum permitted bet per round or per sporting event is ৳500 (or the equivalent stake limit stated in the specific promotion terms). Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
5. Bonus abuse: n333 prohibits the systematic exploitation of bonuses through arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any other technique designed to guarantee a profit from promotional offers. n333 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and any resulting winnings from accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
6. One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be stacked or combined unless a specific promotion expressly permits this.

n333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of a promotion's terms, n333's decision shall be final and binding.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the n333 platform, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. You accept full responsibility for ensuring that your use of n333 complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n333 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud n333 or other players, including the use of stolen payment methods, falsified identity documents, or deliberately erroneous account information.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or coordinated betting to exploit bonus offers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in relation to legitimate n333 transactions. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other tool that provides an unfair mechanical advantage in gameplay or betting. This includes the use of card-counting software in live blackjack environments.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on sporting events where you have insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in any scheme to fix or manipulate the result of a sporting event.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the n333 platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other users. Any interference with the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward n333 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users in any communication channel.

n333 employs fraud detection and responsible gaming monitoring systems that operate continuously. Where suspicious behaviour is identified, n333 may place a temporary hold on an account and request additional documentation or explanations before normal account access is restored.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may close your n333 account at any time by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, n333 will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds to your registered payment method and close your account within a reasonable timeframe. If your account has an active self-exclusion in place, the closure process will follow the terms of the self-exclusion period.

n333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing as described in Section 6
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable unclaimed funds procedures
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a verified third party acting on their behalf
• A legal order, regulatory direction, or other binding instruction requiring n333 to restrict or terminate account access

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any bonus funds, free bet credits, or winnings derived from bonus play that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method after investigation, at n333's discretion.

Dormant accounts (those with no login activity for more than 12 months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month, applied to the account balance, after a 30-day written notice to the registered email address. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed automatically.

Limitation of Liability

n333 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While n333 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform operates reliably and without interruption, n333 does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, viruses, or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n333 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express or implied — in relation to the platform and the services provided thereon. In particular, n333 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any sporting odds, game results, or statistical data displayed on the platform.

n333's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n333 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

n333 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings or profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, even if n333 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

n333 shall not be liable for failures or delays in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, internet or telecommunications infrastructure outages, government actions, civil unrest, natural disasters, pandemic events, or failures of third-party payment processors.

You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss, and that n333 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your use of the platform.
